What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover), PayPal, ApplePay & Shopify Pay.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders can take up to 2 business days to process. We are closed on Sundays & Mondays so orders made on those days could take up to Wednesday to process. Once your order has been processed it will ship immediately using USPS*.

We offer 3 different shipping methods:

  • Media Mail: 3-5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
  • Priority Express Mail: 1-2 business days

Please select your shipping method accordingly!

Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update tracking!

If you haven't received your tracking number after 4 business days, please email us at uneakboutiqueinc@gmail.com.

 

Do you accept custom orders?

We currently do not accept custom orders. The inventory we have on our site is the inventory we have in stock.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only fulfilling orders inside the United States. 

 

Do you accept returns?

Accessories: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Items on sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

 

Can I exchange a product?

Yes! Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item(s). Once items have been returned and inspected, an exchange may be made.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds.



I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?


If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm the correct address. Once you double check, if the address given is wrong notify us via email withing 24 hours of your purchase at uneakboutiqueinc@gmail.com.
