Orders placed by 3 PM on our business days are eligible for same-day shipping.
Orders placed after 3 PM, on Sundays, or on Mondays will ship the next business day.
Please note that same-day shipping refers to when your order leaves Uneak Boutique, not when it will be delivered.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.
Please allow the shipping carrier time to update your tracking information after your package has been accepted.

Uneak Boutique offers FREE SHIPPING on qualifying orders over $100.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Uneak Boutique.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and tracking updates are handled by the carrier.

EXCHANGES & RETURN SHIPPING
Uneak Boutique does not offer refunds. Eligible merchandise may qualify for a size exchange within 7 days according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Uneak Boutique shipped the wrong item or size.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS
Eligible merchandise may also be brought to our store within the applicable 7-day exchange period for an in-store size exchange, subject to availability.
